Opportunity
As part of the Power Shift Program we were asked to develop recommendations for a voluntary guideline for how energy retailers interact with clients.
Solution
We undertook focus groups and interviews across the National Energy Sector to understand what stakeholders wanted and needed from a set of guidelines.
Outcome
We produced a simple to understand report that identified opportunities within the sector that had a positive outcome for all stakeholders. Energy Retailers have gone on to work towards implementing these recommendations.
