Ongoing free advice for reducing power bills and choosing a solar system

Can’t get to Noosa Village or Cooroy RSL during Climate Week to meet us face to face? Through Noosa Council’s partnership with the Australian Energy Foundation you can still call and talk to an energy advisor on 1300 23 68 55, book a 20 minute energy consultation with one of our energy advisors or explore our website.

Noosa Council and the Australian Energy Foundation partnered in February 2020 to offer Noosa residents practical advice for reducing energy bills and navigating the confusing array of solar power and battery storage options on the market.

By reducing energy use and taking advantage of the sun to self-generate electricity, residents can enjoy financial rewards, while supporting the greater goal of slashing Noosa’s emission as a community, to net-zero by 2026.

The 2026 net-zero emissions target for the Noosa community is included in Council’s Environment Strategy.
